On the other hand, a dry suit is designed to keep a diver dry. The water cannot penetrate since the dry suit is sealed and foe better thermal insulation, a dry suit undergarments are often worn under a dry suit. In fact, extra gas bottle–contains argon gas for better insulation compared with air–used to fill the dry suit are carried by some divers. Generally, dry suits either utilise neoprene and membrane. Lastly, dry suits also help in preventing skin damage to divers.
