Scuba Diving Education and Training
Generally, no licenses or certification is required for one to enjoy scuba diving. However, many dive shops and diving resorts require their customers to have a diving license from a recognised agency to ensure safety and to avoid some legal problems that may arise from an unfortunate diving incident.

Dive School - Scuba Diving
The certification for diving education has different levels, and they include: open water scuba diver, advanced scuba diver, rescue diver and instructor. Each level has different standard and training requirements, and one can only proceed to another level after completing the prerequisite training. Getting a diving certification is easy for there are currently a number of diving schools offering a range of diving courses. Some of these organisations even made some of their programs convenient by offering on-line diving courses. But before you enrol in any diving school, it is best to take heed the following considerations:
- the school’s facilities and equipment
- safety standard
- instructor’s experience and certification, and
- Certification programs.
