The Art of Scuba Diving
Scuba diving is an art. Indeed it is, if it is not, why do you think many scuba divers bother to join diving schools or enrol in a diving training? Of course, they do this to learn the art of moving underwater effortlessly. This underwater art is a skill that every diver should learn, and it takes a lot of practice to master. It involves not only learning how to breathe underwater, but also learning how to attain neutral buoyancy and perfect fin pivot.

No idea what happened with the film, but it is kind of awesome. So geometric
Mastering neutral buoyancy, which means harmonising physical weight with the surrounding water, is important because it helps divers consume less air, glide underwater using less energy, and maintain in a position with less effort, which can be equated to a more enjoyable dive.
How to Achieve Neutral Buoyancy?
The technique to perfect underwater buoyancy is learning the art of controlled breathing. But, neutral buoyancy can also be achieved using two devices: the weight belt for lightweight divers, and the buoyancy compensator or BC for heavyweight divers. When thinking of using any of the buoyancy devices mentioned, the following factors should first be considered: weight and body fat percentage, dive suit type and thickness, the type of oxygen tank to be used, and the weight of equipment that will be carried underwater.
